Now no-one likes a show off and many of us subscribe to the strong principal that ‘action speaks louder than words’. And we do agree with this (sorry there’s a but coming) but we would also strongly argue that you might have the greatest business in the world, the best products or offer exceptional customer service. But if you don’t tell people about it then how can you expect to attract new customers? Are you reaping the rewards for all your hard work or are you a best kept secret?
